By creating an Imperium Trading Engine account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Imperium is a trading journal and analytics tool. It is not financial advice, trade signals, or a broker. You remain solely responsible for every trade you place.

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically renews monthly at the listed price until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the billing page — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Verification authorizations used to validate your card are refunded automatically.

No reverse engineering, scraping, abuse of the AI Coach, sharing accounts, or using the service to violate law or third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

You own your trading data. You grant us the license needed to operate the service — see the Privacy Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product before they take effect.
