1. Who we are

Imperium Trading Engine ("Imperium", "we", "us") provides an AI-powered trading journal and performance analytics platform. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use our services and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Data we collect

Account data — email, display name, authentication tokens.
Trading data you import — trades, notes, tags, screenshots, journal entries.
Billing data — subscription status and identifiers from our payment provider (Mollie). We never see or store your full card number.
Product usage — pages viewed, features used, error diagnostics, all used to improve the product.

3. How we use it

Your data is used to operate the service, deliver analytics and AI Coach insights, process subscription payments, provide support, and secure the platform against abuse.

4. Sharing

We use a small number of processors: Supabase (managed database & auth), Mollie (payments), and an AI provider for coach generation. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account and trade data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data. Contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
