The Imperium Futures rulebook
Written to be readable. Every number referenced here comes from the same configuration the risk engine reads.
Program rules
- One hard risk rule: the maximum end-of-day trailing drawdown. It is calculated server-side after each trading day closes and stops trailing at your starting balance.
- No consistency rule, no daily loss limit and no mandatory profit buffer.
- A Winning Day is any trading day whose net profit reaches your account's Winning Day threshold.
- Imperium Daily requires 1 Winning Day for payout eligibility. Imperium Flex requires 3 Winning Days, which do not need to be consecutive.
- Contract limits apply per account size. Ten micro contracts count as one mini contract.
- Trades must last at least five seconds. Shorter trades are flagged automatically for review.
- Overnight holding, weekend holding and news trading are permitted.
- A maximum of 20 active accounts per trader. Sizes may be freely mixed inside a pack.
Payout policy
- Funded simulated accounts pay 95% of eligible profit to the trader; Live accounts pay 90%.
- Each payout request is validated against available profit, the per-session profit cap and the minimum and maximum payout for the account size.
- After a payout is completed the drawdown reference is re-anchored to the adjusted balance.
- Five successfully completed payouts make an account Live eligible, subject to risk and compliance review.
- Payout requests require an approved KYC record. Requests may be paused if a compliance review is open.
- A Funded Reset restores funded conditions after a breach and permanently preserves your payout history.
Prohibited activities
- Exploiting simulated pricing, latency, feed errors or platform malfunctions.
- Group or copy trading intended to hedge the same instrument across accounts or traders in order to guarantee a payout.
- Account sharing, credential sharing, or trading an account you do not own.
- Systematic sub-five-second scalping designed to abuse the simulation.
- Any activity, automated or manual, whose purpose is to extract payouts without genuine trading performance.
- Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of pending payouts and removal from the program.
KYC & AML
- Identity and address verification is required before the first payout.
- Details are submitted in your dashboard and reviewed by Imperium compliance.
- We may request additional documentation where required by applicable regulations.
- Compliance decisions and payout holds are recorded in an internal audit log.
Risk disclosure
- Imperium Futures challenge and funded accounts are simulated environments. They are educational and evaluative products.
- Nothing on this website is investment advice, a solicitation, or a promise of profit or employment.
- Trading futures involves substantial risk. Past simulated performance does not indicate future results.
- Challenge, pack and reset fees are fees for access to the evaluation service and are not deposits or investments.
- Program parameters — targets, drawdown, caps, splits and limits — are configurable and may change for new accounts.
